Painting Great Grandfather's Cart won 1st Prize in the Serbian National October Salon of amateur painters in Belgrade (category watercolour medium) with over 3000 entries and a professional jury of five artists. Jury stated: "Great Grandfather's Cart is the most original idea and it was executed cleanly, highlighting the best qualities of the aquarelle (watercolour) medium".
